Michelin two-star sushi restaurant’s new 18-course Omakase for summer!

The first overseas branch of the two-star Michelin sushi restaurant with the same name in Osaka, Japan, “Sushiyoshi”, recently launched a new chef-driven Omakase menu in collaboration with sushi master Kazunari Araki and owner Chef Hiroki!

Sushiyoshi 18 presents a menu curated with high-quality seasonal ingredients, offering creative dishes perfect for the fresh summer days. This includes dishes combining live scallops and caviar, refreshing and appetizing, while the bamboo fish with cucumber and Japanese white radish features the tender bamboo fish with crisp cucumber and sweet Japanese white radish, creating a refreshing new flavor.

Innovative dishes also include abalone souffle, using fresh Japanese abalone with a hint of sea salt flavor, paired with corn, eggs, and pine nuts for a light and refreshing taste.

A variety of sushi options include sea urchin, conger eel, flounder, red meat, and big toro. Finally, there is the cheesecake inspired by Chef Hiroki’s exchange with a famous pastry chef in France last year, satisfying the second stomach with dessert!
