Popular Basque cake shop opens in Tsim Sha Tsui! New flavors include torched milk tea with taro paste, and single-serving canned cake series.

Soulgood Bakery, a popular online shop specializing in molten Basque cheesecake, opened a pop-up store at K11 MUSEA in Tsim Sha Tsui last summer. A year later, the brand will once again be located at the same spot, this time with its first physical store!

The new store features pink walls paired with a vintage blue and white checkered floor, creating a lively and colorful IG-worthy vibe!

The lava Basque cheesecake in the store combines a crispy outer layer with a melty texture, and the “Strawberry Cheesecake” is the best-selling one, with its sour berries and lava-like filling, very attractive. The “Matcha Strawberry Mochi Basque Cheesecake” and “Mango Sticky Rice Mochi Basque Cheesecake” are suitable for all “mochi lovers”! In addition, there are various flavors such as English Earl Grey tea, Chinese Tie Guan Yin tea, and most of them also offer a keto version, using monk fruit sugar as a substitute.

“The Burnt Milk Cap Taro Basque Cheesecake” is launched to celebrate the opening of the new store, with torched milk cap, soft handmade taro paste, and a soft-centered Basque cheesecake, full of layers!

Soulgood Bakery also offers a series of single-serving canned cakes, including “Cereal Killer” made with fresh strawberry jam and honey star crisps; “Naughty Banana” made with caramelized bananas and Nutella hazelnut spread, and “Very Miss You” made with French dark chocolate powder and Italian ladyfinger biscuits soaked in sugar-free coffee liqueur, giving the feeling of eating Tiramisu!
