The Langham Hong Kong has recently collaborated with BVLGARI to launch the “BVLGARI Rose Goldea” afternoon tea at The Langham from now until March 31. The entire menu features a pink color scheme, exuding a sense of happiness and romance. Each dish is inspired by the limited edition BVLGARI Rose Goldea perfume, incorporating some of its fragrance components into the desserts, including mini strawberry rose chocolate, pink pomegranate and orange cheesecake mousse, and strawberry yuzu milk pudding with wild strawberries. The savory items also feature premium ingredients such as truffle chicken asparagus sandwich, Parma ham with egg yolk sauce, and smoked salmon roll with caviar, satisfying the appetites of food enthusiasts.
Crabtree & Evelyn × 九龍香格里拉酒店英式下午茶
During the period from February to March 31, Crabtree & Evelyn will collaborate with Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel to bring a limited edition “Crabtree & Evelyn × Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel English Afternoon Tea” (HK$638 for two), transforming the brand’s four flagship series into exquisite delicacies, including desserts: “Lychee Rose French Ice Cream with Chocolate Chips and Raspberry Slices”, “Mango Mousse with Lemongrass Panna Cotta and Orange Tea Jelly”, “Ginger Apple Cream with Apple and Bergamot”, “Vanilla Rose Macaron with Raspberry and Rose”; savories: “Lemongrass Coconut Chicken Roll”, “Foie Gras with Ginger and Goji Berry Sauce”, “Fresh Shrimp with Cherry Tomato, Buffalo Cheese, and Jasmine Tea”, and “Spicy Scallop Tataki with Ginger and Bergamot Sauce”.
