双人节日晚餐将在12月24日、25日、26日和31日供应,菜单上有多种海陆美食。开胃菜包括新鲜生蚝配白蒜冷汤、黑松露巴拉德生牛肉他他、白酒奶油鱼子酱葱油煮大蛏、薄切西班牙Dénia红虾片等,鲜嫩甜美。
The main course includes ribeye steak cooked in a Josper charcoal oven, served with red pepper sauce and Argentine green sauce, as well as grilled Canary Islands sea bass with Mediterranean-style cooked clams and coriander sauce. For dessert, there is a rich peanut mousse with coconut jelly, as well as a vanilla meringue cake with passion fruit sauce, vanilla cream, and caramel sauce, bringing a sweet and delightful taste.
