Tsim Sha Tsui’s newly opened Vietnamese Fusion cuisine restaurant! From breakfast to late-night, featuring Emperor’s Congee and handmade ice cream.

In Tsim Sha Tsui, a food hub, you can find cuisine from different countries. However, if you are looking for a restaurant that serves breakfast to late-night meals, pay attention to the newly opened Thai and Vietnamese fusion restaurant, Ruên Thai & Vietnamese, on Nathan Road.

 Ruên Thai & Vietnamese

Ruên Thai & Vietnamese is based on traditional Thai cuisine culture, incorporating Vietnamese and Hong Kong flavors, offering over a hundred dishes! In the morning, you can try the “Emperor’s Porridge,” made with chicken and pork. The clear soup is simmered with chicken bones and pork bones for nearly 4 hours, combined with Thai fragrant rice to create a smooth porridge base. It is served with pork belly, pork meatballs, half-cooked Thai eggs, and crispy fried rice noodles, delicious and fragrant!

Apart from breakfast, another must-try dish is the traditional Thai dish “Salt-Baked Barramundi”. The fish is slow-roasted until golden brown on the surface, with tender meat. Wrap the fish in lettuce with vermicelli, then dip it in lime juice or sweet and spicy sauce for a delicious taste. If you love the classic Thai Massaman curry, you can try the “Massaman Curry Stuffed Squid with Minced Pork”. The curry is mildly spicy and rich, with Thai-style minced meat stuffed into the squid, creating a rich and flavorful dish!
