In addition, Le Dessert has also reinterpreted Hong Kong’s classic “chestnut cake”. The newly created chestnut cake consists of multiple layers of chestnut cream and chestnut sponge cake, with cinnamon pear jam and syrup-soaked chestnuts wrapped in the middle, creating distinct layers. Cupcake specialty store Twelve Cupcakes collaborates with local creative artist “Cat Room” to create adorable and exquisite cupcakes in the shape of Doraemon, Doraemon’s bell, Wang Wang, Azan Cat, and Little Sock Rabbit. The flavors of the cupcakes include red velvet, cookie cream, double chocolate, rock salt caramel, rainbow vanilla, and strawberry cheesecake.
