Harbour City collaborates with Hong Kong craft distillery “N.I.P” to bring a cocktail event called “Sip Sip Hurray” to multiple restaurants from now until November 30th, promoting local gin culture. Two internationally renowned mixologists, Lorenzo Antinori and Shelley Tai, have created 6 new cocktails with a focus on “HK Ginspiration” using locally crafted N.I.P gin.
One of the collaborating restaurants is Harbourside Grill, where you can enjoy the beautiful Victoria Harbour view while indulging in delicious food and “HK Ginspiration” cocktails. The restaurant offers crispy and tender tempura prawns and a seafood platter with generous portions, paired with the “Bicycle Thief” and “Harbour Sunset Spritz” cocktails.
