The café trend is still going strong! In the bustling Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, a café has just changed hands and opened for business. The young owner and barista named the café Triangle.
Coffee is, of course, an important element of a café. In addition to hand-brewed coffee, the latte art on the milk coffee is very delicate. The small shop also offers single-origin cocoa, with a total of three types of cocoa beans including Peru Palo Blanco 75%, Tanzania 75%, and Peru 50%. They can be made into chocolate milk or mocha, each with its own flavor.
In terms of food, there are homemade desserts, and a less common style is “rice pudding” ($38), where rice grains are soaked for an hour and then cooked with milk, cinnamon, and other ingredients, giving it a subtle spiced flavor. It may look small in size, but it is quite filling when eaten. “Daily’s Cake” ($42) is available in original flavor and Earl Grey tea flavor, with the Earl Grey tea flavor having a rich tea aroma.
There is also a selection of savory food available, such as croissants and cinnamon rolls in the morning, and pasta dishes after 11 am. The pasta dishes, such as Kung Pao chicken and soft-shell crab, are very flavorful. There are also tasty snacks like fried wild mushrooms and fermented bean paste fried chicken wings. Overall, this small shop offers a wide variety of food choices.
