Yakitori Tsukada, a themed restaurant specializing in grilled chicken, recently opened in Tsim Sha Tsui, Tokyo, Japan. The restaurant features an open kitchen design, with counter seating and soft lighting, allowing diners to observe the chefs cooking up delicious dishes up close.
The main dishes in the store are made from black Satsuma free-range chicken from Kagoshima, Japan, and famous chickens from various regions of Japan. We offer over 20 chicken skewer delicacies, including chicken thigh, chicken neck, chicken wing, chicken shoulder, chicken tendon, chicken skin, chicken kidney, and ground chicken. We also use high-quality Japanese Binchotan charcoal to highlight the firm and tender texture of the chicken.
In addition, there are dishes such as chicken soup with ground chicken, chicken broth ramen, chicken rice with chicken meat, as well as scallop skewers, pork loin skewers, and wagyu sirloin skewers, seafood and meat skewers.
In addition to à la carte options, the restaurant also offers two sets of skewers (HK$498/8 skewers; HK$698/10 skewers), which include chicken, seafood, pork, and beef skewers, as well as soup, hot dishes, rice or noodles, and dessert.
