Enjoy a vegan private kitchen experience at night in a quiet environment, savoring chef’s signature vegan dishes and vegan fruit tart desserts.

In the past two years, everyone has gotten used to not being able to go to cafes at night, but recently many coffee shops have become active again in the evening. In Tsim Sha Tsui, Kosridan Road, the vegetarian café “Vego Coffee” has launched a private dinner menu (HK$288/person)!

The so-called private kitchen dishes are actually more like kitchen surprises. The entire evening’s menu includes drinks, appetizers, snacks, soup, vegetables, main courses, and desserts. There is no menu in advance, and the dishes are all based on the chef’s choice of fresh ingredients that day. Of course, guests can also make any special requests when making a reservation.

The avocado stuffed with vegetarian tuna for the appetizer has a salty fragrance, paired with crispy rice cakes, creating a layered texture. The fried shiso leaves with tomato salsa for the snack, the salsa sauce is spicy, very refreshing and appetizing. The soup is corn and soy milk soup, the soy milk is rich and creamy, paired with charred corn, making you feel half full after drinking.

There are also large portions of baked vegetables and pesto pasta, while the baked vegan cheese eggplant is also very fragrant. The dessert is the most popular “water biscuit” vegan fruit tart in the coffee shop, with fig flavor and strawberry flavor. With so many dishes, it is very rich.

You can see the leisurely night view across the coffee shop, which is completely different from the daytime atmosphere. It is a very comfortable and cozy place to gather with friends after work. For private dining reservations, you can fill out the information on the official IG Google form.
