This includes “Truffle Wild Mushroom Soup”, with fresh tender king oyster mushrooms, Japanese enoki mushrooms, crispy bread crumbs, and fresh truffles, while “Fried Truffle Buffalo Cheese” and “Baked Truffle Brie Cheese” are suitable for all “cheese lovers”! The former is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, paired with truffle egg yolk sauce, while the latter is sprinkled with smoked sweet red pepper powder and plenty of black truffle slices, with a satisfying cheese pull effect that is perfect for social media posts!
There are also 3 seasonal limited edition truffle pasta dishes, including “Truffle Parmesan Ham Fusilli”, “Truffle Mushroom Cream Sauce Pappardelle”, and “Wild Mushroom Italian Ravioli” wrapped in tender spinach, cooked with scallions, herbs, drizzled with truffle cream, and sprinkled with truffle, fragrant and aromatic.
