Central District’s stylish restaurant collaborates with local craft beer brewery! Must try 7 limited edition specialty handcrafted beers!

by

The stylish and playful “Ho Lan Ching” has always focused on a variety of craft beers and dishes that combine Eastern and Western flavors while retaining local tastes. This month marks its seventh anniversary, and the restaurant has collaborated with seven local craft breweries to launch seven exclusive flavors of craft beer, including Young Master Ales, Carbon Brews, Oh CBD, Heroes Beer Co, and more, each with its own unique characteristics!

The restaurant has just launched a special Beer Flight promotion, where you can try 7 different beers for only $288. All beers are limited in quantity, so once they’re sold out, it’s over.

In addition to beer, the restaurant’s cocktails and drinks are unique. For example, the “Explosive Lemon” inspired by lemon tea, made with vodka and lemon tea, and the “Sesame Peanut Tangyuan” made with sesame whiskey, incorporating the concept of sweet soup into cocktails, which is very interesting.

In terms of food, equal attention is paid, the most famous “char siu rice” uses slow-cooked Iberico black pig char siu for 24 hours, with a moderate amount of fat and lean meat, rich and fragrant, served with scallion lard rice, Japanese onsen egg, pickled red onions, the taste is very rich and layered.

If you want to have a drink, you must try the restaurant’s fries, which are fried to be especially crispy. The desserts are also extraordinary, with the Basque cake made with corn flavor, paired with pickled mango cubes, Japanese yuzu sorbet, caramel popcorn, each bite brings surprises in taste and texture!

In Central District, office workers should pay more attention to set lunches. Choose any main course, add $20 to add soup, dessert, or coffee as an extra drink. The main courses include burgers, BBQ pork rice, daily pasta, etc., all of which are very large in portion size, making them very cost-effective in Central District.
