After a whole year of hard work accumulating fatigue and fat in the body, Asaya collaborates with the fitness center Hybrid Gym Group Hong Kong to launch the “Asaya Hybrid 360” wellness program tailored for 4 months. This program starts with a body composition assessment and analysis, evaluating joint range of motion, as well as assessing lifestyle factors such as nutrition, habits, stress levels, and then devising a personalized food and nutritional supplement plan.
“Asaya Hybrid 360” also offers a 36-session personalized training program designed by experienced coaches to achieve individual fitness goals such as fat loss, improving health indicators, and increasing strength. It includes a weekly assessment and adjusts the plan accordingly based on participants’ progress.
The program includes 7 skincare treatments such as intensive facial massages and body detox treatments, as well as rehabilitation/posture correction assessments to rejuvenate the body and skin condition.
In addition to focusing on physical and skin health, of course, we cannot ignore the needs of the mind.
