Popular Western restaurant Chef’s Cuts opens a new branch in Wong Chuk Hang! Must-try seafood platter/check-in spot, limited edition aged Black Angus ribeye steak.

Popular Western restaurant Chef’s Cuts has recently opened its fourth branch in The Southside, Wong Chuk Hang. The new store spans over 3,000 square feet, offering a menu selection that includes seafood, Spanish thin-crust pizzas, bread, meat dishes, pasta, risotto, desserts, and various styles of wine to pair with!

Must-try dishes include the “Assorted Seafood Platter,” which features Boston lobster, selected oysters, Hokkaido scallops, blue mussels, clams, prawns, and octopus served in shell-shaped plates, paired with six sauces to enhance the freshness! The “Spanish-style Grilled Octopus” is also a must-try for seafood lovers, with a traditional Catalan roasted red pepper and nut sauce, mixed with tender octopus, savory spicy sausage, olives, cherry tomatoes, and potatoes, offering a unique flavor.
