Popular Western restaurant Chef’s Cuts has recently opened its fourth branch in The Southside, Wong Chuk Hang. The new store spans over 3,000 square feet, offering a menu selection that includes seafood, Spanish thin-crust pizzas, bread, meat dishes, pasta, risotto, desserts, and various styles of wine to pair with!
Must-try dishes include the “Assorted Seafood Platter,” which features Boston lobster, selected oysters, Hokkaido scallops, blue mussels, clams, prawns, and octopus served in shell-shaped plates, paired with six sauces to enhance the freshness! The “Spanish-style Grilled Octopus” is also a must-try for seafood lovers, with a traditional Catalan roasted red pepper and nut sauce, mixed with tender octopus, savory spicy sausage, olives, cherry tomatoes, and potatoes, offering a unique flavor.

Recommended dishes include the richly flavored “Roasted Beef Marrow with Red Wine Braised Beef Ribs, Porcini Mushrooms, and Toast”, the creamy cheese-flavored “Baked Lobster Cheese Macaroni”, the crispy outside and tender inside “Roasted Suckling Pig with Red Bell Pepper, Nut Sauce, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, and Potatoes”, and the fusion dish “Hokkaido Scallop with Sea Urchin Sauce Squid Ink Spaghetti”, among many other options!
In addition, the new Wong Chuk Hang store will be offering a limited edition “Aged Black Angus Ribeye Steak with Beef Fat” from now until July 31. It is made from Black Angus cattle raised on a family farm in Tama County, Iowa, USA. The ribeye steak undergoes a 12-day dry aging process and a 12-day beef fat aging process in a dry aging cabinet, allowing it to absorb the natural oil fragrance of the beef fat, resulting in a delicate texture and unique flavor!
