Recently discovered a high CP value Buffet! The buffet restaurant The Palate has recently landed at the Emperor Hotel in Sha Tin. In addition to many people’s favorite seafood, there are also a variety of Asian, Western, and Indian dishes, as well as the opportunity to taste freshly cooked Wagyu beef dishes!
The Palate restaurant design is mainly in coral pink, mint green, and gold tones, with plant decorations, feeling fresh and comfortable. The buffet food area is filled with a variety of delicious food, with the most attractive being the Oyster Station, which offers freshly shucked Fine De Claire oysters from France this month, plump and sweet, with a variety of chilled seafood such as lobster, crab legs, whelk, prawns, and clams next to it!
Sashimi also has surprises, including salmon, scallops, tiger prawns, octopus, vinegar mackerel, flounder, crab sticks, as well as mini sashimi rice, hand-rolled sushi, black truffle and wagyu beef and scallion rolls, and the highlight is the on-site cooked wagyu beef dishes, including Sushi seared Hida beef sushi, Hida beef battleship roll, Japanese wagyu beef teppanyaki, Japanese wagyu beef salt koji grill, and American ultra black wagyu sukiyaki!
The dessert section also offers a wide selection, including fresh fruit tarts, banana toffee pie, raspberry cheesecake, black and white chocolate truffle cake, French Mille Feuille with pistachio and cherry, and more than 50 other desserts! In addition, The Palate also has a Cocktail Station with a variety of freshly made cocktails and mocktails, and in the evening, there are free-flowing red and white wines.
