Attention all wagyu beef lovers! The management team of Nikukaku recently traveled to Kobe, Japan to participate in a wagyu beef auction. They successfully bid on two extremely rare A5 BMS12 grade Kobe beef, and will be introducing them in two different phases at Nikukaku. Starting from today, you can try the scarce and precious Kobe beef at Nikukaku for as low as HK$158!
The two Kobe cows obtained at the Kobe beef auction are identified by the numbers 1530217661 and 1530218804, respectively. They come from “Kobe Livestock Co., Ltd. Awaji” and “Kobe Livestock Co., Ltd. Awaji Second Ranch.” They have provenance and lineage, and are certified as extremely rare top-grade Kobe cows of A5 BMS12 level. The beef has a delicate texture and a smooth and tender taste!

The first limited edition Kobe beef meal set is now available at the LCX store in Tsim Sha Tsui, the YOHO Mall store in Kowloon Tong, and the Royal Fortress store in Causeway Bay. It includes a selection of 5 prime cuts of beef as well as a deluxe 10-course set menu for one person. Limited to 800 servings, while supplies last! Prices for the selected 5 prime cuts start at HK$158, with options such as Kobe beef hind leg meat and Kobe beef special rib meat.
The ultimate ten-course set menu starts at HK$758 and includes appetizers such as “Soy Sauce Squid Cartilage” and “Hokkaido Pickled Daikon”, followed by a Sakura Shrimp Watercress Avocado Salad. Then there is the “Special Kobe Beef and Wagyu Three-Item Assortment”, which includes four slices of the chef’s special Kobe beef and one slice of the ultimate Japanese top-grade Wagyu beef, the latter of which has a rich and surprising flavor!
Afterwards, have a “Yuzu Snowflake” as a refreshing dessert to relieve the greasiness, and then continue to taste the carabinero prawns, salted Hokkaido scallops, and choose the top-grade Kobe beef among the sirloin, ribeye, and special prime rib. The marbling in the ribeye is evenly rich and full of oil fragrance, melting in your mouth!
Finally, paired with “Kyushu’s finest black diamond black-haired beef grilled with black truffle moon sauce and pearl rice”, “authentic cold noodles”, and “beef horn ice cream”, it’s definitely a complete satisfaction for one person!
