Central SOHO has a new restaurant! The brand new Italian steakhouse Macelle is managed by the premium steak and seafood ingredient specialty store Steak King. It is designed as an Italian family-style restaurant and offers indoor and outdoor casual seating.
Guests can directly choose from a selection of imported meats at the restaurant’s butcher counter, which will be grilled on the Josper charcoal grill by professional chefs. Signature dishes include Angus Fillet Steak, M5 Wagyu Rump Steak, as well as other meat options such as Iberico Pork Chop, marinated Lamb Chop, free-range Chicken, homemade sausages, and skewers. Macelle’s set lunch is priced at HK$165 per person and includes a choice of premium steak or fish, freshly baked Italian herb bread, fries and salad or soup, and Italian ice cream with crispy Italian waffle.
This Valentine’s Day, there is a four-course romantic set menu (for two at HK$1588/two). You can start with freshly baked Italian herb bread Focaccia served with olive oil and Italian balsamic vinegar. For appetizers, there are beef ribs with homemade honey and mustard sauce, yellowfin tuna tartare with sweet onion sauce and mushrooms, and Italian saffron risotto balls Arancini with truffle and Parmesan cheese.
For the main course, you can choose the 1 kilogram Australian Angus Fiorentina, where the chef uses Australian Angus steak, grilling the T-bone to a crispy texture while keeping the meat tender. Another option is the Wellington salmon steak with green peas and mint-flavored Italian risotto. Afterwards, enjoy our signature Italian gelato served with crispy wafers, savoring the sweet and delightful taste.
