The door frames, wooden signs, and display cases are all in a simple and minimalist Japanese style. The owner of the shop, who is also a baker, learned the art in Japan and opened this bakery with an attached workshop. They make fresh bread every day, including sourdough bread, French baguettes, wine-soaked dried fruit bread, and whole grain rye bread. The baking time is written on each loaf, and there are two batches available in the morning and afternoon.

If you like a soft and fluffy texture, you must choose from a variety of flavors of fresh toast, including red bean, chocolate, cream cheese, and grape. The latest addition is the layered fresh toast ($30). Seeing the layered appearance, you can really tear the toast layer by layer, with a soft and light texture filled with the fragrance of butter!

In addition, the French-style pastries are the specialty of the shop owner. They have a complete range of basic styles such as croissants and chocolate croissants, and almond croissants and lemon croissants are filled with plenty of filling. The hazelnut pastry can be seen with clear layers, and the bread is crispy with a spread of butter and vanilla, making it a good snack.
