Tsim Sha Tsui H Zentre Japanese Restaurant & Bar! Pink Sakura Cocktail / Molten Sea Urchin / Grilled Wagyu Sirloin

Tsim Sha Tsui H Zentre has another new option for enjoying food and wine! The newly opened Japanese restaurant and bar “room 3” has a great sense of space and is divided into 3 areas, including the main dining area “Akasaka Room” with bamboo design elements, the “Ginza Room” with bamboo leaf-shaped mirror pendant lights, and the “Roppongi Room” with leaf design walls.

The cocktail menu at “room 3” features unique cocktails from Japan, paired with different fruits and natural ingredients. There are a total of 8 signature cocktails, including “The Fiction,” which is made with Japanese Koshu wine, botanist gin, and Telmont Réserve champagne. This cocktail is even served with a mysterious mist when brought to the table, making it perfect for Instagram. The pink-themed “Sakura Cha” is a refreshing combination of Japanese gin, cherry blossom, and peach jasmine soda.

After enjoying fine wine, of course, one cannot be without food to accompany it. We recommend the “Flowing Heart Sea Urchin,” which is made from swordfish and wrapped in Hokkaido sea urchin, with a crispy outer layer of seaweed. The “Minced Chicken with Japanese Onsen Egg” is made from Kyushu Hua Wei Bird chicken and garnished with Japanese scallions to enhance the flavor. There are also “Sakura Shrimp Corn Cakes,” “Deep-Fried Japanese White Shrimp,” “Mentaiko Tofu,” “Black Truffle Edamame,” “Grilled Wagyu Sirloin,” and a variety of other delicious dishes, including a choice of Mentaiko or Bonito flavors for the “Grilled Rice Ball.” The styles are abundant.
