b.o.t.h. by Texas Burger, an American-style burger restaurant, is opening a new store at Telford Plaza in Kowloon Bay! The entrance sign is designed with a lightbox inspired by American opera houses, and the interior is modeled after American football stadiums, with authentic colors of American small towns.
Handmade burgers are definitely the main focus of the store, and in addition to the Texas burger, the new store also offers other styles. Among them, the “Ace Aged Cheese Burger” has a stringy effect, paired with roasted sweet bell peppers, eggplant, sweet potato fries, and a secret smoked sweet pepper sauce, creating a rich texture; while the “Lobster Cheese Beef Burger” slow-cooks South African lobster with butter and herbs, then places it on top of a beef burger, paired with a special melted lava cheese sauce, creating a delicious and flavorful taste.
There are also other new dishes in the new store, the recommended one is the “Thick Cut Coffee Pork Saddle Steak”. The pork saddle is topped with a secret marinade and coffee powder with a nutty flavor, and served with a sauce made with Kahlua coffee liqueur, giving it a rich meaty taste. The “French Oil-Sealed Duck Leg with Japanese ‘Akatsuki’ Egg Croissant Waffle” has a tender duck leg with a slightly crispy surface from being pan-seared, and the croissant waffle is crispy and full of buttery flavor. When dipped in the “Akatsuki” egg sauce, it enhances the taste.
The new store also introduces American-style handmade pizza for the first time, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, perfect for sharing with friends! In addition, there are also IG-worthy desserts and specialty drinks, such as the “Japanese Uji Matcha Red Bean Mochi Souffle Pancake,” which has a soft and fluffy texture and a light and airy feel. The “Tiramisu Latte” is available in limited quantities daily, made with homemade coffee sauce Tiramisu, topped with cocoa powder and Ladyfingers, sweet but not overwhelming.
