The online store is hot with soft silk fresh milk mochi! Matcha/roasted tea/purple sweet potato/soybean powder flavors, mochi waves recommended for Mid-Autumn Festival.

“Mo Chi Niao,” which has only been open for 4 months, transforms the usual round mochi into a sliced shape, breaking free from the norm with a deeper meaning! The name “Mo Chi Niao” conveys the idea of being able to fly freely, and also hopes that people’s hearts can be as flexible and resilient as mochi!

The owner has a concept of “only making mochi”, so the whole store really only has mochi as a product, all handmade by the owner. The “Fresh Milk Slice Mochi” is based on the flavor of milk, evenly coated with different natural ingredient powders. The mochi texture is thin and soft, and can achieve a stringy effect when picked up with hands, forks, or chopsticks!

The four most popular flavors are matcha, hojicha, purple sweet potato, and soybean powder, all with low sweetness levels, allowing you to taste the original flavor of the ingredients. Matcha is slightly sweet, but the most fragrant and surprising is the soybean powder, as soon as you open the lid, you can smell the aroma of soybeans! Other flavors include fragrant roasted peanuts, extra rich sesame, dirty cocoa, crispy coconut shreds, and more.

Mid-Autumn Festival is approaching, and the shop owner is launching limited edition “Round Moon Mochi Balls”, available in two flavors: soybean powder and black and white sesame.
