Stone Nullah Tavern Southeast Asian style Café! Rattan chairs, oil painting walls, signature Tom Yum Benedict/Laksa Pasta

by

A check-in environment, high-quality coffee, delicious and surprising food, a bustling yet peaceful location, a café that has all of the above elements is definitely worth a visit! We are talking about the newly opened TBC Café in Shek Tong Tsui, located in a mountain alley. Outside is the main street and MTR station, while TBC Café is hidden in a quiet location, with a wide road and green plants outside the door, perfectly matching the Southeast Asian theme of the café itself.

The entrance of TBC Café is decorated with rattan hanging chairs and wooden coffee tables, with vines extending to the nearby flower shop on the door, exuding a Southeast Asian vibe. Stepping inside, the vacation atmosphere becomes even more apparent! With a 4-meter high ceiling, plenty of green plants, a panoramic landscape painting on one wall, and a pink frame piercing through the wall serving as both a seat and creating an interesting perspective view.

The drinks and food at Café are worth paying attention to, the barista’s latte art is top-notch, a cup of Lemonade Sparkling Coffee mixes fresh lemon juice with coffee to create a refreshing taste, the visually appealing layered frozen drink is perfect for summer!

The food at this café is also very important, I believe many people find typical café food boring, but here you will discover surprises! The Smoked Salmon Benedict uses Croffle instead of traditional waffles, and the hollandaise sauce is flavored with tom yum, with a sour, spicy, and fragrant taste, the Croffle remains crispy even if left for a while.

Pasta is not just ordinary, big prawn linguine with laksa sauce, Thai basil minced pork farfalle, Southeast Asian embellishments make the taste different! If you still prefer classic combinations, there is also truffle pasta with mushrooms available.

Of course, dessert cannot be missing in the end! Tiramisu and Italian panna cotta are both made with Thai tea flavor. The crumbled layer of Tiramisu resembles soil, topped with a small rose, simple and elegant, while the Italian panna cotta is paired with black sugar jelly, which complements the sweet taste of Thai tea quite well!

If you like croissant waffles, there are several flavors to choose from, including sea salt caramel banana, strawberry, Nutella chocolate, all “sinful” and satisfying!
