Although this summer still cannot travel, there are plenty of Staycation options even if you stay in Hong Kong. Especially for foodies who love taking photos and exploring unique cuisines, I believe you have been working hard to find your next goal, a DIY food holiday! The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which has completed the second phase of its renovation plan, will open a new bar ARGO and lobby cafe Gallery on July 15th, bringing you new dining choices!

The newly decorated ARGO bar at the Four Seasons Hotel is primarily in a neoclassical style, with its interior design inspired by a greenhouse, blurring the distinction between outdoor and indoor spaces with streamlined architecture, and incorporating outdoor elements into the interior with small planters and mirrors. The bar entrance features a wooden mural with intricately laser-carved leaf patterns, allowing customers to enjoy views of Victoria Harbour here.

For friends who enjoy a little drink, the most attractive thing is still a variety of innovative cocktails! ARGO at the Four Seasons Hotel sources cocktail ingredients from all over Asia, such as lychee and longan single-flower honey from local bee farms to make honey-flavored cocktails, and purchases single-origin cocoa from the planting fields of Malaysian indigenous people to create fresh cocktail pairings.

ARGO’s first cocktail menu, “Here Today, Gone Tomorrow,” is based on six everyday ingredients: honey, cocoa, vanilla, coffee, rice, and apple, creating unique flavors. The menu will be updated from time to time according to seasonal ingredients and collaboration projects with industry peers to bring a variety of creative cocktails. The Four Seasons Hotel also offers the “ARGO Global Creative Spirits Guide,” which includes a range of spirits from around the world, as well as a collaboration with the award-winning Australian distillery, The Never Never Distilling Co., to launch a new gin, bringing a fresh experience to spirit lovers.

Coffee lovers who enjoy tasting afternoon tea may want to try the lobby coffee shop Gallery next to the Four Seasons Hotel’s revolving staircase. The afternoon tea is inspired by the dishes of the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, bringing local flavors to the table. As for drinks, Gallery’s team is trained by the Tokyo boutique coffee brand Omotesando Koffee, along with single-origin coffee beans roasted in Japan using unique methods, bringing a different rich coffee flavor.
