冰冰冷冻需要吃羊腩暖身！这家面包店最新推出的羊腩包正合时宜，布丁包的热潮仍未减退，各家面包店不断创新。红心面包西饼将布丁包变成了咸香滋味，与米子食堂合作，推出了羊腩包（$38）！
In the round bread, pour in the braised lamb belly, carefully cut the lamb into small pieces, and add bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and other ingredients. The crispy outer layer of the bread absorbs the sauce from the lamb belly, making each bite of meat flavorful and fragrant. It’s a filling portion for one person. Please note that the lamb belly buns are freshly baked in limited quantities and are only available from Monday to Friday, 12-2pm.

Another stunning creation is the molten lava cake, available in flavors such as green tea and chocolate. When you cut into the cake, the creamy filling in the middle starts to flow out. The bakery intentionally uses deep dish-shaped cake molds to prevent the filling from spilling everywhere. The chiffon cake base is softer than expected, with a light and airy texture and a moderate level of sweetness. The cream on the outside of the cake is also not overly sweet. When you dip the cake into the flowing sauce, it adds a moist and rich texture, making it a truly high-quality dessert.
走到店里仔细看看面包柜，在新鲜出炉的蛋挞旁边，还有可爱的骰子迷仔葡撻。虽然迷仔的尺寸小，但酥皮的层次清晰可见，一口吃下去松脆可口！
其他必试出品仲有近期再成潮流嘅麻糬波波，有菠萝包脆皮、伯爵茶及芝士等口味，软韧质感却十分轻盈。面包店现有4间分店，除咗佐敦店，其余3间都喺街坊住宅区，小店还不时推出创意产品，附近嘅街坊居民真有口福啊！
