Afternoon tea is served with our signature Coconut Milk and Fish Maw Chicken Soup. The soup is topped with delicate rose-shaped frozen soup cubes and garnished with rose petals before serving. Finally, the hot broth is added, and just before enjoying, some water is poured onto the tea stand to create a smoking effect, which is very soothing!
望落份量十足嘅下午茶架，有肉类盛合，排成三朵精致玫瑰花状，包括澳洲和牛牛舌、墨鱼片同松阪猪肉。另外仲有用豆皮卷做嘅菠菠糖，内有的猪肉、花枝、鲜虾作馅嘅糖葫芦，同埋以花枝浆、猪颈肉加虾肉做嘅枝仔冰等，当然都唔少得铺到成个花篮咁嘅蔬菜盘啦！
