Tsim Sha Tsui handmade hot pot restaurant Taipei‧Wide Alley has launched a new afternoon tea set “Cloud Mist Tasting Fairy” ($598), with a healthy soup base and a Ferris wheel afternoon tea stand with a misty effect. This winter, you can invite friends to enjoy a warm and cozy tea!
Signature Coconut Milk Chicken Soup with Fish Maw, served with delicate rose-shaped frozen soup cubes on top of the broth. Before enjoying, sprinkle rose petals as decoration and add in the broth. Just before starting, water will be added to the afternoon tea set, creating a instant smoke effect, which is quite soothing!
Looking forward to a full afternoon tea set, with a variety of meat dishes arranged in the shape of three delicate rose flowers, including Australian wagyu beef tongue, squid slices, and Matsusaka pork. In addition, there are also pineapple candies wrapped in bean curd rolls, filled with pork, squid, and fresh shrimp, as well as squid paste, pork neck meat, and shrimp meat used to make jelly sticks. Of course, there is also a vegetable platter that is spread out like a flower basket!
