The world’s first light food and coffee shop located inside an auction house, Phillips Café, has opened! The café is jointly operated by Phillips and The Ritz-Carlton, and is located in the West Kowloon Cultural District at the Phillips Asia headquarters. Natural light filters in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a simple and comfortable environment, complete with TV screens broadcasting Phillips’ global auctions.
The store offers a variety of Western and Asian light meal dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea, such as French croissants, braised beef short ribs, and Chinese Yi noodles. There are also vegetarian options available, and beverages include lattes, white coffee, Americano, espresso, tea, smoothies, etc.
