Located in Kennedy Town, Soft Thunder, a handmade bakery, has opened its first flagship café in Wan Chai, covering an area of 2,000 square feet. For the first time, a dining area has been set up, with a decoration style inspired by the laid-back atmosphere of the West Coast of North America. In addition, there is a wide range of handmade baked goods and a new selection of dine-in pastries and beverages!
In addition to the popular “Pistachio Croissant,” the store has added several new pistachio products, including “Unicorn Puff” and “Pistachio Latte.” A must-try for pistachio lovers!

The new bakery products also include the “Crème Caramel Danish” available only for dine-in, with a crispy Danish pastry topped with smooth caramel pudding, bringing a double texture sensation! The “Custard Tart” is created with an upgraded recipe, making the tart even more fluffy and crispy!
The new beverage series of coffee is a collaboration with local coffee roasting brand ROASTWORK, introducing Soft Thunder’s own blend of beans, which leans towards a nutty flavor with hints of cocoa and hazelnut. There is also a fruity flavor blend of beans to choose from!
