Tokyo Michelin-starred ramen restaurant “Kin’iro Furikaeri” has launched a limited-time “Crab Soup Ramen”! Personally supervised by head chef Atsushi Yamamoto, the soup base combines a secret blend of clear chicken broth and crab broth made from 56 kilograms of crab for each batch, along with crab oil and crab sauce simmered for over 3 hours. The soup is clear and has a rich crab aroma, which is fresh and not greasy.
The texture of the noodles is delicate and smooth, paired with creamy, fresh tomato puree and slow-cooked pork char siu marinated in secret soy sauce. Crab soup ramen will be officially available starting from May 12th, for a limited period of 3 months, with a daily limit of 50 bowls. Don’t miss the chance to try it!
The ramen shop also introduces “Golden Crab Meat Dumplings”, with crispy skin and a filling made of crab, pork, and homemade crab sauce. It is even more appetizing when dipped in a sauce made of crab meat, tomato sauce, and garlic.
Now there is a limited set menu offer, for only HK$198 you can enjoy both the “Crab Soup Ramen” and the “Golden Crab Meat Dumplings”, try both new items at once!
