Central IFC, with its stunning Victoria Harbour view, has recently relaunched its weekend brunch, offering a brand new menu and a range of signature dishes. They also have a champagne free-flow package with different levels, which includes red and white wine, as well as the classic Spanish cocktail Sangria. Sangria is served in a large bottle on the table for guests to add to their liking, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the meal.
The brunch menu offers a variety of appetizers, including “Signature Molecular Olives 2013”, “Spanish Iberian Black Pig Platter with Cheese”, and “Spanish Tomato Toast”. For the Tapas, you can choose two options, such as “Beef Tartare with Avruga Caviar”, which is made with homemade raw beef marinated in vinegar and citrus, and garnished with gold leaf.
“Avocado Lobster Roll” features a generous portion of lobster wrapped in avocado, highlighting its freshness. Other options include “Grilled Octopus”, “Spanish Red Shrimp”, and “Sea Urchin Salad”.
The main course is for two guests to choose a dish to share, and the portions are beyond expectations, such as “Slow-cooked Iberian pork ribs with Spanish truffle rice”, “Grilled Spanish sea bass with sautéed vegetables”, “Roasted suckling pig”, and so on.
Finally, a dessert platter with “Spanish churros with caramel sauce” and “Spanish Basque cheesecake with stewed mixed berry sauce”, very satisfying!
