The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong collaborates with the single malt whisky brand The Macallan to launch an afternoon tea inspired by The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, featuring selected delicacies and cocktails.
The “Foie Gras Terrine” is marinated with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, combined with gingerbread, pickled cranberries, and cranberry jelly, while the “Grilled Green Asparagus Skewers” are served with Double Cask 12 Years Old hollandaise sauce and passion fruit.
Dessert recommendation “Whisky Chocolate Cake” featuring The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old dark chocolate ganache, chocolate sponge cake, and chocolate crisps, rich in flavor. Limited-time afternoon tea can be paired with The Macallan’s creation La Vie En Rose, to enjoy a tipsy moment.
