Indulge in Valrhona chocolate afternoon tea at the hotel! Pork shoulder bun with chocolate barbecue sauce/cranberry pistachio white chocolate tart.

French chocolate brand Valrhona celebrates its 100th anniversary, collaborating with Ritz Carlton Hong Kong to launch the “Oabika Chocolate Afternoon Tea,” offering delicious treats featuring Valrhona chocolate.

The “Oabika Chocolate Afternoon Tea” features a special recommendation of “Mini Pork Shoulder Bun with Chocolate BBQ Sauce”, with the charcoal bun baked to a crispy texture, combined with BBQ sauce, smoky pork shoulder meat, and a hint of chocolate fruitiness, creating a layered taste. The “Raspberry Pistachio White Chocolate Cream Tart” is shaped like a tree, with dense tree leaves actually made from sponge cake, paired with raspberries and pistachios.

“Mango Mousse Chocolate Sandwich” combines Oabika chocolate with sweet and juicy mango puree, each bite filled with rich chocolate and mango flavors. Also available are “Handmade Chocolate Bars” made with 60% pure dark chocolate and strawberry chocolate, as well as banana toffee with Ghana chocolate sauce, all delicately delicious.
