Tsim Sha Tsui Bar Art Collaboration Cocktails! “Ukiyo-e” Japanese-style cocktail / “Impressionist” Lady Grey

Tsim Sha Tsui restaurant bar Avenue75 Bar & Eater recently collaborated with Campari Asia Pacific Bartender of the Year champion Michael Leung to create 6 art-inspired cocktails using ingredients from different countries, with the wines complementing the original mural on the bar wall by local multimedia artist Heron Gray.

One of the cocktails, “Renaissance Garden,” is inspired by the Renaissance period, blending vodka, tomato, vermouth, olives, garlic, and basil; “Lady Grey” is inspired by Impressionist art, containing Lady Grey tea, sherry, lemon, and fragrant aroma.

If you like “Japanese style,” there is “Ukiyo-e” which originates from ukiyo-e prints, using Bacardi rum as the base, combined with oriental flavors such as sake, plum wine, and yuzu. There is also the cocktail “Fiesta” inspired by Mexican cuisine, and “Americana” made from classic American dessert ingredients.
