The Upper House’s 49th-floor signature restaurant Salisterra recently launched a new menu, featuring a highlight collaboration with Hong Kong-made soy milk brand “ĀN” for a brand new “Soy Afternoon Tea”!
From September 1st, you can enjoy Ān natural original soy milk or black sesame soy milk with a tea set. Various pastries include braised pork belly bun, curry beef brisket puff made with 10 kinds of spices, grape pancakes with homemade Sichuan peppercorn cranberry sauce, sweet and sour mango grapefruit tart, milk tea winter donut, and fragrant peach jelly soup with secret ingredients. Guests will receive a bottle of Ān soy milk tea spread as a gift to take the soy flavor home, and 5% of the proceeds from the afternoon tea sales will be donated to the Foodlink Foundation.
Salisterra’s breakfast and brunch menu has been updated, with over 15 options for the three-course weekend brunch set, including fresh seasonal oysters, caviar, and seafood sharing platters. Children under eight can dine for free. Weekday breakfast options now include waffles with strawberry jam and fresh cream, sourdough bread with avocado and fried eggs, and more.
As for those who want to enjoy Happy Hour, there is also a new wine pairing menu at the cocktail lounge Green Room, as well as “The House Flow” free-flow package, where you can taste a variety of selected sparkling wines, red and white wines, and draft beers. Every Thursday night from 9 to 12, there is also a live performance by French DJ SAM Futura from Mihn Club playing house, disco, and nu-disco music, allowing you to enjoy great wine while listening to music!
