Located in Central, the stylish Ho Lee Fook restaurant, owned by the Black Sheep group, is celebrating its tenth anniversary by launching a dim sum menu for the first time. On July 3rd, they will offer an all-you-can-eat dim sum promotion, and each guest can choose one bottle from 20 bottles of champagne, including different labels like MUMM. Guests can choose one bottle for each person at the table!
The restaurant specially invited a dim sum master to oversee this event. The all-you-can-eat dim sum menu offers over 20 choices, including dim sum, snacks, stir-fried rice and noodles, and roasted meats. Even the must-try signature dishes like charcoal-grilled honey-glazed black pork char siu and hand-cut pork neck cabbage dumplings with satay sauce are available for unlimited consumption!
Other new dim sum offerings include “Mushroom and Pork Siu Mai,” made with original, spinach, and carrot juice skins for a colorful combination; “Shrimp Dumplings” use fresh bamboo shoots as filling, retaining the traditional flavor.
The most IGable is the dessert “Kou Lifu Sparrow”, with two layers of sponge cake in different colors filled with jam, matching the sparrow-themed decoration at the restaurant entrance!
There are other styles that can be enjoyed, such as Ebi Toast x Okonomiyaki, Curry Cheese Waffle with Honeycomb Taro, XO Sauce Stir-Fried Radish Cake, Black Pork Pineapple Pastry, Chongqing Spicy Chicken Wings, Scallion Egg Fried Rice, Shrimp Roe Scallion Oil Tossed Noodles with Crispy Fried Scallop Strips, and Pandan Peanut Butter French Toast, all filled with traditional or local elements, using precious ingredients or a playful twist!
This special package is only available for one day, with dining hours from 12 pm to 3 pm. There are only a few dozen seats in the entire restaurant, so it’s first come, first served. Remember to make a reservation in advance!
