The pulse, a shopping mall by Repulse Bay Beach, has transformed into a fairy tale town with a 5000-square-foot rooftop garden! Among them is a large-scale art installation called “Magic Fairy Tale Book”, with ancient book pages reaching up to 3 meters high, adorned with blooming flowers and mysterious spells. Stepping inside feels like being in a hidden flower paradise, experiencing an immersive journey created by digital technology such as 3D projection, surround sound, and light sculpture art.
The center of the fairy tale town has 10 “colorful glass houses”, with the glass walls of the independent houses refracting rainbow light and blue colors. They have a 180-degree panoramic view of the open-air sea, allowing you to enjoy delicious food while watching the changing sunset or admiring the stars, creating a beautiful and romantic feeling!
In terms of food, there are 6 exquisite Fine Dining dishes, including the smooth “Black Truffle Porcini Soup” and the fragrant “French Lobster Soup”. For appetizers, there are delicious seafood options such as “Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop with Caviar and Crispy Rice” or “Slow-cooked Octopus with Lime Sauce”. The former enhances the freshness of the scallop with caviar, while the latter combines the tender texture of octopus with refreshing lime flavor.
The main course includes “Slow-cooked Truffle Chicken Roll with Japanese Sweet Potato Puree and Freshly Shaved Truffle” and “Pan-seared Sea Bass with Sea Urchin Pearl Risotto”.
