丹丘蒸留所是香港氈酒品牌白蘭樹下的试酒室，该品牌一年前推出了全球首款无糖咖啡甜酒”淡墨”，恰逢一周年发布联乘特别版。”何藩先生光影作品限量版 – 威士忌桶陈淡墨无糖咖啡甜酒”采用了已故摄影师何藩的名作”香港威尼斯”作为此次特别版的酒标，而特别版淡墨咖啡酒的味道也与众不同。
The brand ages the original coffee beer in American bourbon barrels for 9 months, allowing the flavors of beer and coffee to blend and settle. This process brings out the flavors of dark chocolate, honey, and woody notes. This special edition is limited to 2500 bottles ($398) and each bottle is numbered, making it a valuable collectible.
配合此特别版面世，品牌更于丹丘蒸留所设立何藩相展，以《梦醒之间》为主题，展出8幅何藩先生的作品，其中用上重曝方法的菲林照片，展现出如梦似影的香港景色。
During the month of December, every Friday, Danqiu Distillery will launch a limited edition Christmas cocktail called Smoky Dreams for $120. The glass is first smoked, creating a dreamy and mesmerizing effect. The cocktail is made with white rum, light ink coffee liqueur, mint, and coconut liqueur, giving it a refreshing sweetness reminiscent of peppermint candy canes, and it is filled with the Christmas atmosphere.
