The series of rich dishes for this weekend brunch includes a variety of shared appetizers, featuring La Favorita’s signature dishes such as tuna tartare, tomato and burrata salad, and tuna sauce beef, as well as Honjokko’s Japanese edamame, pan-fried pork dumplings, salmon avocado rolls, and oilfish rolls. Seafood lovers can upgrade for HK$188 to enjoy unlimited sashimi and oysters, with sashimi varieties including salmon, oilfish, tuna, and oysters with yuzu sauce!
For the main course, you can freely choose between Italian or Japanese cuisine. The former includes slow-cooked beef and mushroom pappardelle or creamy Italian gnocchi meatballs with buffalo cheese, basil, and tomato sauce. The latter offers a mixed tempura platter or grilled pork belly skewers with sauce. For a more luxurious option, you can upgrade the main course to Italian seared wagyu with truffle mashed potatoes or miso-glazed black cod!
Finally, of course, there are desserts to choose from, such as Tiramisu, meringue cake with mixed berries, Japanese vanilla ice cream with red bean paste, and more.
