For the main course, you can also choose one of them, such as elastic and delicious monkfish with saffron fennel, fingerling potatoes and clear chicken broth, or Australian 2GR Wagyu sirloin with layered potatoes, crispy cauliflower, kimchi sauce and black truffle sauce. CulinArt 1862 in Causeway Bay offers a “Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu” for two consecutive nights, consisting of a total of five courses. The menu includes a refreshing and layered appetizer “Tomato Taro”, followed by seafood starters “Citrus Marinated Red Prawns” and “Red Snapper”, bringing out the freshness! ICHU, a Peruvian-Japanese restaurant and bar in Central, is launching a Valentine’s Day Wine Pairing set menu for two, featuring a range of enticing dishes and exquisite wines. Highlights include the Oyster Acevichada, made with fresh Dibba Bay oysters from the Middle East, accompanied by Peruvian chalaca chili and tiger’s milk seasoning, creating a refreshing appetizer. The chef also uses Australian wagyu to create Beef Tartare, paired with shallots, quince, and ink crisps for a rich texture. The main course, “Grilled Octopus,” is cooked over an open flame to create a slightly crispy charcoal skin, served with avocado mousse, chili mashed potatoes, while the flavorful “Smoked Beef Ribs” highlights the layers of Argentine red wine. For dessert, there’s the traditional Alfajores caramel milk sandwich cookie, with a layer of dark chocolate that is sweet but not overwhelming!

Modern Chinese restaurant Tang and local dessert newcomer Otera have collaborated to launch an eight-course “Valentine’s Day Limited Tasting Menu,” combining Chinese delicacies with Western culinary techniques. This includes the “Rose Cuttlefish,” where the cuttlefish is skillfully cut into rose shapes, the “Crispy Abalone in Wellington Style,” and the “Daughter Red Egg White Steamed Crab Claw,” where the fragrance and taste of Daughter Red gradually penetrate the crab meat, enhancing its freshness. Pastry chef Joanna Yuen has also specially created the limited dessert “Aiteng‧Kowloon Soy Sauce Caramel Pudding” for Valentine’s Day, using top-grade milk from Hokkaido Yotsuba Farm, with a rich texture.

The Valentine’s Day dinner at the Nordic restaurant FINDS at The Luxe Manor features oysters, beef, spinach, bamboo shoots, asparagus, chocolate, and edible flowers from local farms, creating a romantic atmosphere.
