The taste of the soup base is reminiscent of Carbonara and also resembles a creamy version of Western-style onion soup. It’s a delightful surprise!
Pearl milk tea seafood hot pot starts at HK$158 per serving, with high cost performance! The hot pot contains fresh and delicious clams, and the set comes with a wild vegetable platter, choice of meat (with special chicken leg meat for HK$158, pork belly slices for HK$158, US beef short ribs for HK$188), and a main dish (choice of glass noodles, handmade noodles, or white rice). When eating, add Uva black tea bags to the pot, then pour in the pearls. After the soup boils, you can first try the soup base, and then it is recommended to pair it with the selected chicken leg meat. The creamy soup base with chicken leg meat is exceptionally tender and smooth!
