Quarry Bay West Day Fusion Restaurant Christmas Feast! IG-able Plating Sashimi / Belgian Chocolate Molten Lava Cake / Matcha Special Drink

The restaurant “Kõen,” which specializes in Western-Japanese fusion cuisine, has launched a Christmas set menu. For less than 1000 NT, you can enjoy 6 courses including appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and drinks. The presentation is also Instagram-worthy!

The light appetizer includes “Seared Beef Tartare with Avocado and Italian Soft Cheese”, with homemade vinaigrette and creamy cheese to enhance the taste, refreshing and appetizing. The three main courses are prepared in French, Japanese, and American cooking styles. You can choose from “Slow-cooked French Spring Chicken with Italian Spicy Sausage, Vegetables, and Chickpea Soup”, “Charcoal-grilled 12oz American Angus T-bone Steak with Creamy Baked Potatoes and Creamy Mushroom Sauce”, and “Fresh Sea Bream Sashimi with Kumquat, Red Shrimp Sashimi, Toro Sea Urchin Roll, and Seared Sea Bream Sushi with Seafood Creamed Spinach Sauce”. The sashimi is flown fresh to the port every day, and the sea bream is sweet and tender, while the red shrimp sashimi is rich in texture!

In terms of desserts, there is “Belgian Chocolate Molten Lava Cake”, which combines soft chocolate cake with Belgian chocolate, creating a rich and creamy molten chocolate flavor! There is also a special Christmas drink called “Uji Matcha Strawberry Fresh Milk”, made with homemade strawberry sauce, 4.3 extra thick fresh milk, and Uji matcha to create distinct layers, while the red and green colors match the festive atmosphere!
