輕食前菜有「赤身牛油果他他伴意大利軟芝士」,加入自製油醋汁、牛奶芝士提昇口感,清新開胃。之後 3 款主菜以法、日、美料理方式烹調,可選「慢煮法國春雞伴意式辣肉腸扒時蔬配鷹嘴豆湯」、「炭燒美國安格斯 T 骨牛扒 12oz 伴酸忌廉焗薯配野菌忌廉燒汁」,還有「幸圓蜜柑鯛玫瑰刺身伴赤蝦刺身、拖羅海膽卷、炙燒蜜柑鯛壽司配海鮮忌廉菠菜汁」,當中的刺身魚生每天新鮮空運到港,蜜柑鯛帶柑甜,赤蝦刺身肉質豐厚!
Dessert options include “Belgian Chocolate Molten Lava Cake,” which features a soft chocolate cake paired with Belgian chocolate, creating a rich and creamy molten chocolate experience! There is also a special Christmas drink called “Uji Matcha Strawberry Fresh Milk,” made with homemade strawberry sauce, 4.3% extra creamy milk, and Uji matcha to create distinct layers, with the red and green colors echoing the holiday season!
