Tokyo’s popular spicy miso ramen restaurant “Oginko” has opened a new branch next to its main store in Causeway Bay, introducing the world’s first “Oginko beef bone soup ramen”!
The president of Kanabō Corporation, Masakazu Miura, had the idea of opening a beef bone soup ramen shop two years ago. This new ramen concept shop is different from the main shop, which specializes in spicy and numbing miso flavor, and focuses on rich beef bone soup flavor!
The soup is made from simmering cow thigh bones, resulting in a creamy white broth with a rich flavor. The broth has a concentration of 10 degrees, making it very flavorful! You can also choose the level of spiciness or numbness for the ramen. It is then topped with onions, scallions, corn shoots, beef tendons, and char siu, making it incredibly appetizing!
