Japanese skincare brand ALBION has partnered with Hong Kong’s Murray Hotel to present the “Dreamy Blossoms” afternoon tea at the rooftop restaurant and bar, Popinjays. While enjoying the breathtaking panoramic views of Central, guests can indulge in a selection of exquisite savory and sweet treats infused with ALBION’s exclusive “Dreamy Blossoms Essence,” creating a sensory experience that rejuvenates the skin.
A series of delicate and exquisite pastries infused with the vibrant colors of “Dreamy Flowers” in eclafutur t, immersing you in a sensory delight of taste and visual pleasure. Created by Popinjays chef Paolo Tolleretti, the six savory pastries include Peking duck buns, smoked salmon and cauliflower caramel pudding, cherry foie gras mousse with crushed pistachios, Italian sausage and asparagus rolls with cream bread, flying fish roe and fresh crab meat salad soft buns, and wild mushroom quiche with Italian ice cream foam.
In terms of desserts, pastry chef Frank Law specially crafted six exquisite desserts for this collaboration, each with a unique and delicate appearance, exuding an enticing sweet aroma. The most eye-catching one is definitely the lemon cheesecake inspired by the name of the ALBION brand, presenting a snowy white and towering cliff-like English-French Channel. The Emperor Garden Hotel’s J’s Bar Bistro has teamed up with Korean skincare and beauty brand LANEIGE to launch a new “Refreshing Water Afternoon Tea.” Taking inspiration from LANEIGE’s signature Water Bank Moisture series, the afternoon tea features a range of exquisite and delicious snacks and desserts in a powder blue color scheme and with the appearance of bursting water droplets. Each afternoon tea set also includes a LANEIGE Water Bank Moisture skincare travel set and cash voucher (total value $465)!
Afternoon tea offers a range of delicious savory snacks, such as shrimp and tomato toast with avocado sauce, smoked salmon, pear, and celery salad wrap, mini wagyu beef burger with pickled cabbage slaw, and duck liver mousse puff pastry with pistachios. Guests can indulge in a variety of tasty savory and sweet snacks in a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere, accompanied by two refreshing non-alcoholic “Blue Blossom” specialty drinks, drip coffee, Illy coffee, or famous French Dammann tea.

The Hong Kong Harbour Grand Hyatt Hotel has collaborated with the Parisian fashion brand PAUL & JOE to launch a new afternoon tea set to celebrate the arrival of autumn. Inspired by PAUL & JOE’s 2023 autumn beauty collection, the “Floral Autumn Afternoon Tea” includes a delightful selection of savory and sweet treats that cleverly incorporate the brand’s unique floral and cat patterns, making it irresistibly cute!
The key elements of the brand’s autumn beauty collection are incorporated, such as the Sugar Porcelain Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF15 and the Sugar Porcelain Moisturizing Essence Cushion SPF25 PA++, which contain approximately 90% orange blossom water, providing a focus on beauty and moisturizing effects.
