In different regions, Japanese sukiyaki has different flavors and cooking methods. The newly opened sukiyaki specialty store “Sukiyaki Ise Kum” in Tsim Sha Tsui, focuses on the stewing concept of sauce in the Kanto region, and combines the Kansai-style sugar grilling and exclusive seasoning to match with wagyu beef!
“Shabu-shabu Ise Kumamoto” offers a nine-course dinner where the chef allows you to choose. The A4 wagyu shabu-shabu includes evenly marbled and delicate olive wagyu, melt-in-your-mouth Kyoto Hime wagyu, or limited edition wagyu. The four selected dipping sauces include Okinawan chili threads, yuzu, mustard, and Italian truffle sauce. You can also choose to have it served with crispy roasted seaweed.
In addition, it includes five appetizers, seasonal sashimi, angel shrimp dishes, seared and grilled wagyu beef, sukiyaki wagyu beef and sea urchin rolls, seven types of Japanese seasonal vegetables, seasonal steamed delicacies, kelp-covered rice, egg-covered rice, and seasonal desserts.
There are also two types of Shabu-Shabu menus available for lunch, as well as the “Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Set Meal,” “Tokushima Awa-Su Citrus Chicken Shabu-Shabu Set Meal,” and “Hokkaido Yonshoku Pork Shabu-Shabu Set Meal.” These Shabu-Shabu set meals come with appetizers, chawanmushi or seasonal steamed dish, miso soup, rice, pickles, and dessert, ensuring a satisfying meal for both lunch and dinner!
