Located in Sai Ying Pun, the Spanish restaurant La Paloma has recently reopened after renovation. In addition to its original classic dishes, it also offers a variety of exquisite Spanish tapas and seafood rice.

The store’s food includes self-dried and aged meats, including high-quality Rubia Gallega from northwestern Spain, which is tender and juicy. When served, it is placed on a hot plate to enhance the smoky aroma. Additionally, there is a platter of 52-month air-dried Iberian ham, flame-grilled scallops, smoked salmon with Mexican sour cream and salmon roe, and other options to choose from.

Dishes suitable for sharing with friends include the signature seafood rice duet or trio, allowing you to taste multiple flavors at once. There are many options for rice dishes, including Boston lobster rice, Spanish vegetarian paella, traditional Valencian chicken paella, as well as Spanish black fish sauce, and green mussel with large prawn rice.

If you want to taste wine, there is also a menu of absinthe and a variety of snacks to pair with the drinks, including classic french fries, and specialty fried marinated pork strips, to experience the flavors of the Barcelona coastal snack stalls.
