Tsim Sha Tsui’s newest Japanese restaurant, “The Harmony,” recently opened on Chi Hing Wai. The interior design is minimalist and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that create a semi-outdoor dining environment.
The store’s cuisine includes skewers, main dishes, hot pots, etc. Among them, the “Double Fish Donburi Set” includes dried fish and grilled mackerel, two unique flavors of fish; the signature dish “Black Truffle Foie Gras Toast” is topped with thick foie gras and black truffle, emitting a rich aroma, and served with garlic toast.
In addition, there is the “Bountiful Box” inspired by Japanese “Kobachi cuisine”, where you can taste 9 kinds of Japanese dishes at once! The “Bountiful Box” comes in two options, lunch and dinner. The lunch-exclusive “Harmony Box” includes crab roe salad, soft-boiled egg, oden, pork cartilage, grilled mackerel, cheese fried chicken, takoyaki, cheese fish cake, and rice. The dinner-exclusive “Happiness Box” is prepared by the chef and is tailored to the daily fresh seafood and ingredients, bringing multiple flavors.
