Discovered a new small shop called “植幕宵” in Tsim Sha Tsui. The red storefront is quite eye-catching. It turns out that there is only one owner managing the shop, and it is still in the trial stage. Therefore, the variety of food available is limited, but it is made with care and sincerity.
The signature Soy Sauce Shrimp Ramen is priced at $98. Each bowl of ramen is marinated with soy sauce and topped with delicious shrimp. The soy sauce is sweet with a hint of spiciness and a subtle sake aroma. The shrimp is incredibly flavorful, as the broth is made from a generous amount of shrimp shells and includes minced shrimp. Every spoonful of the rich and fragrant broth is enhanced with the addition of sakura shrimp, adding a savory and aromatic flavor.
In addition to shrimp soup ramen, there is now also traditional beef noodle available. It is also made with great care and time. The boss said that there will be soy sauce abalone ramen coming soon, which is very much anticipated!
