Tsim Sha Tsui check-in restaurant aqua, located at 1 Beijing Road, has recently welcomed a new Italian restaurant! The new establishment, Vista, is also under the Aqua Restaurant Group and offers an authentic Italian dining experience with a view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour. It’s another new option for those who want to taste genuine Italian flavors while enjoying the stunning scenery.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, including the recommended Maritozzi-inspired hand-pulled roasted pork Italian sandwich with Italian cream, saffron Italian sausage risotto, and traditional Piedmontese dish Alba white truffle Italian pasta. If you’re a seafood lover, the Italian grilled seafood platter is a must-try, where you can taste lobster, squid, prawns, octopus, and scallops all at once. Additionally, there is also a lobster and lime Italian flat pasta dish, equally full of freshness!
The dish selection is full of options, including Italian-style fried veal cutlet with black truffle and black truffle egg yolk sauce (450 grams), which has a crispy texture and a rich aroma of truffle! The salt-baked sea bass with Sicilian stewed vegetables and herb oil and vinegar is served with a blazing fire, full of freshness, and is perfect for sharing with friends!
Finally, of course, you can’t miss the dessert. Vista’s homemade Italian cheesecake comes in three flavors to choose from, including traditional mascarpone cheese, pistachio, and hazelnut. The waiter will even make it tableside, so don’t forget to take a photo before eating!
In addition, on the upcoming New Year’s Eve, Vista brings a five-course tasting menu, which includes not only Italian seafood delicacies but also two hours of unlimited Veuve Clicquot champagne and tickets to the La Dolce Vita countdown party. Tickets can also be purchased separately, including unlimited champagne and two cocktails, to toast to the exciting new year with fine drinks.
