NOC has opened a new store! This time it is located in Kai Tak, with a space theme as the design concept. The interior design continues the brand’s minimalist style, using materials such as textured aluminum panels and sand steel, as well as curved shapes to create elements like spaceship doors and rocket engines in the dining area, creating a sense of space exploration! The store features floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, allowing ample natural light to fill the space, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
There are new dishes in terms of food, and the new limited edition style is “Potato Waffle Crab Salad” ($118). The waffle is mainly made of potato meat, crispy on the outside, and tastes a bit like mashed potatoes when eaten. It has an interesting texture and is served with crab salad, sunny-side-up egg, and avocado, making it healthy and rich.
“Crab and Quinoa Salad” ($138) is another healthy option, with quinoa mixed with homemade lemon juice for a refreshing taste. If you’re a meat lover, you can choose the “Angus Beef Burger” ($128), which features grilled Angus beef topped with cheese, avocado puree, pickled red onions, figs, and various other ingredients for a juicy and flavorful experience.
The new drinks are also focused on freshness, mixing lemon soda with fried vegetables, and pairing well with various dishes.
